Where to Watch the World Cup Final in Charleston

The Cup comes down to one match: Argentina vs. Spain, Sunday, July 19, kickoff at 3:00 PM ET, at New York–New Jersey Stadium. Messi is chasing a second straight title. Spain and Lamine Yamal are chasing their second title ever, in their second Final appearance. However you feel about the matchup, this is the biggest single sporting event Charleston will see all year — and the Lowcountry is showing up for it.

Here's your guide to catching the Final around town:

Music Farm (32 Ann St, downtown) — Music Farm is hosting a free World Cup Final watch party built specifically for July 19, with a big screen plus food and drink specials. No cover, easy plan.

Additionally, these spots have been Charleston's World Cup headquarters since the opening whistle in June and are carrying it through to the last kick on the 19th:

  • Lamar's Sporting Club (570 King St) — showing all 104 matches of the tournament, elevated King Street energy, drink and food specials all summer.
  • Republic Garden & Lounge (462 King St) — multiple TVs, DJs, food and drink specials for every match including the Final.
  • On Air Studio / On Air Live CHS (565 King St) — entertainment-forward space, every match June 11 through July 19.
  • Tommy Condon's Irish Pub (160 Church St) — downtown World Cup headquarters all tournament, Irish pub atmosphere and a strong international crowd.
  • Proof (437 King St) — every match with the sound on, a favorite for fans who want more than background noise.
  • El Jefe Mexican Cantina (468 King St) — tacos, margaritas, and a large LED wall on King Street.

Downtown Staples

Bay Street Biergarten (549 East Bay St) has been one of Charleston's biggest watch-party draws all tournament — no cover, free parking, live music, and a big downtown crowd — and it's continuing that energy through the Final.

Prefer Food-First or a Neighborhood Vibe?

  • Villa Cantina (West Ashley) — self-declared West Ashley World Cup headquarters, large screens and game-day drink specials.
  • Mezcal and My Father's Moustache (Mount Pleasant) — every match, margaritas or pub pints depending on your mood.
  • New Realm Brewing (Daniel Island) — brewery viewing with room to spread out.
  • Carolina Ale House (Summerville) — familiar sports-bar setup, indoor and outdoor seating, no reservation fees.
  • Top Golf Charleston — if you want a watch-and-play afternoon instead of a bar stool.

A Few Tips for Final Day

  1. Get there early. This is the biggest watch-party day of the summer in Charleston, and King Street spots will fill up well before the 3 PM kickoff.
  2. Check for cover charges or ticketed packages — some venues (like Shuckin' Shack Oyster's tournament pass) have handled the Final as part of a multi-match ticket, so it's worth a quick call or Instagram check before you go.
  3. Sound-on matters. If hearing the match is non-negotiable, Proof, Tommy Condon's, and The Brick have all made a point of keeping the volume up throughout the tournament.
  4. Bring the whole crew. Kickoff at 3 PM ET means this is a full Sunday afternoon event — plan food, parking, and a ride home accordingly.

Wherever you land, grab a seat, grab a drink, and enjoy one of the biggest days on the global sports calendar — right here in Charleston.
